March 9th 2017. The post went in and the house went on the market. This front yard garden will be providing a lot of veggies this season!
Our home is 1,000 sq ft rambler on .18 acres. This is the biggest house we’ll ever own.
We like natural, biodegradable materials for furnature and flooring. Free sourced things are wonderful too! Thanks craigslist, buy nothing, and offer up for the hook ups! We replaced a non working gas fireplace with a wood burning insert. We added a gas range and smaller fridge for efficiency.

I really recommend getting a Berkey water purifier. Get the solid carbon and flouride filters.

Rain catchment is vital. We have had the worst drought Washington state has ever seen. Our four rain barrels are not enough. It’s time to start looking at large scale rain collection.

Outdoor living spaces add plenty of sq ft to our place. Size is relative to the space you’re using!
